Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this website is Gent Sallaku, reachable at gentsallaku@gmail.com. As this site is not linked to a registered business, no tax details or registered office are listed.
Data collected via the contact form
If you use the "Contact" form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message text. This data is processed solely to reply to your request and is never used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Form submission is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service that automatically analyses interaction with the page.
Chatbot and AI assistant
Messages you send to the site's chatbot are processed by an AI model provided by Google (Gemini API) for the sole purpose of generating a relevant reply. The message text is therefore transmitted to Google's servers, which acts as a data processor for this specific purpose. Please avoid sharing sensitive or unnecessary personal data in the chat.
Live chat with the operator
If you request a live conversation, your email address (if provided) and the exchanged messages are stored in our database to allow the conversation to continue and for support purposes. This data is not shared with third parties.
Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics
If you consent to the "analytics" category in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymous statistics on browsing (pages visited, traffic source, device). This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited/Google LLC and data may be transferred to servers in the United States, under the safeguards of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
"Lab" tools (PDF, translation, OCR and other AI-based tools)
The tools available in the "Lab" section process the files you upload (PDF, images, text) solely to provide the requested result (e.g. summary, translation, conversion). Files are processed on our servers and/or forwarded to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing, and are not retained beyond the time needed to complete the operation, unless you choose to save them in a personal area of the site.
Recipients and data transfers
The data collected may be processed by the following third-party providers, acting as data processors: Railway (backend and database hosting, cloud infrastructure), Google LLC (Gemini AI, Analytics, email sending via Gmail SMTP), Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile anti-spam protection). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or other adequate safeguards required by law.
Retention period
Contact form and live chat data are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a different retention period is required by law. Cookie preferences are kept until you revoke them.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data, under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can exercise these rights by writing to gentsallaku@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, authentication, restricted data access) to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
